About Me

With eight years of professional experience in neurodiversity and disability support services, I have cultivated a comprehensive background that balances clinical rigor with person-centered care. Having received specialized training in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and data analysis while working at a private non-profit school, I leverage evidence-based metrics to foster meaningful developmental outcomes. My expertise spans vocational training, the cultivation of independent living skills, and the provision of high-quality respite care, all designed to promote autonomy and self-advocacy.

My dedication to this field is profoundly personal, rooted in my experience as a sibling to two brothers—one who is autistic and one who lives with an intellectual disability. Navigating the complexities of the current care landscape alongside my family inspired me to establish this company. My vision is to provide highly individualized, strengths-based services that move beyond generalized support. By prioritizing the mastery of daily living skills and fostering genuine community integration, I am committed to ensuring that every neurodiverse individual has the tools and opportunities to lead a self-determined and inclusive life.
